The deposit amount is deducted from the final cost of your order, however should you decide not to go ahead the deposit is non refundable. In the unlikely event that your images are too low quality and cannot be used a full refund of the deposit will then be provided.

Please make sure you have had a look at my price guide before purchasing, it will
give you an idea of what your total cost will be. Prices are based on the difficulty and time needed to create your requested portrait. After reviewing your images and brief an exact total quote will then be provided minus the £20 deposit already paid.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please double check that you have entered your contact details correctly as this is how I'll contact you when your name reaches the top of the list. Adding my email address to your safe senders list is also highly recommended. I cannot be held responsible for missed order emails due to incorrect contact details being provided or emails being lost in junk/spam folders.

Turnaround time is approx 12 weeks once full payment has been made. Where possible I will try to accommodate completing faster for special dates, this is dependent on availability at that time.
